Kit Request
The opening process includes administrative services for document validation and control, assembly of Collection Kit, identification of its components, batch control, printing of documents, labeling and verification, programming of the temperature recorder and its testing.
The opening process assumes the payment of an initial amount.
Complete and return the documentation
Inside the Collection Kit you will find a folder with documentation that must be filled out and returned to BebéVida before your Baby is born. If your delivery occurs earlier than expected and you have not yet sent the documentation, you can send it together with the samples to the BebéVida´s laboratory.
On the day of birth
At the hospital, you must deliver the Collection Kit to the team of professionals who will assist the delivery.
After collection, the team will return the Collection Kit to you with the biological products properly packed inside, which you should keep at the head of the bed at room temperature, until it is collected by the transport company.
Contact carrier
Immediately after the baby is born, between 9 am and 9 pm and no later than 12 hours after delivery, you should make a contact to collect your Collection Kit using the contacts on the Kit itself.
Scheduling can be done from Monday to Sunday.
The laboratory analyzes and processes the samples
After receiving the samples in the Laboratory, we begin the analysis, processing and cryopreservation. Up to 2 working days after receiving the samples, information on the success of cryopreservation will be sent by SMS. If cryopreservation is successful, you will receive an invoice corresponding to the services performed.
Cryopreservation reports
Issuing cryopreservation reports is the last step in the cryopreservation process. Your samples will be stored in our in BebéVida´s Laboratory for a period of 25 years.
